General terms and conditions

  1. Delivery period

We ask for your understanding that all our products are produced just in time.

Each individual piece will be manufactured by hand according your instructions, from the cutting of your individual buck to the painting, the fastening of the fixtures and the upholstery.

Therefore, the delivery periods indicated in the respective items are merely meant as a general indication.

Naturally, we try to process all orders as swiftly as possible. However, every now and again orders might pile up, which might lead to a substantial delay in our delivery periods.

We don’t have any goods in stock, which means that all orders are being manufactured directly for the respective customer.

This is the only way for us to offer you as our customer the flexibility of including your own ideas in each of our products and to configure them entirely according to your preferences.

So if you are unsure if the item you ordered will be delivered to you within the indicated delivery period, just contact us.

We will then inform you on the time frame.

  1. Payment

Die-Bock-Manufaktur will only deliver on advance payment.

For each order the full purchasing price is to be paid.

The order will only be dispatched once the complete requested/indicated amount in Euros has reached us.
